Bicego ruled in his clients’ favor and denied a request for both a Domestic Violence Restraining Order and a Civil Harassment Restraining Order against two of the firm’s clients, who wish to remain anonymous.The decision was made after a contested trial in which Voronin made well-crafted legal arguments and conducted skillful direct and cross-examination of witnesses.
