Why we fight for you!
At Wade Law Group we are aggressive when we need to be and we savor going into battle for our clients to help them achieve their ultimate goal. However, we understand that it is in the best interest of all of our clients to achieve their maximum results within the shortest period of time. Consequently, we use our skill and expertise to get your case to a conclusion while protecting your best interest along the way.
When we take a case, we have a system and policies that require our attorneys to gather ALL relevant information. We then analyze the information received and develop an immediate plan to win the case. We then implement the plan by using discovery technics and filing the appropriate motions with the court. If the case goes to mediation, we have a plan to get the case settled in the most advantageous manner for our clients. Finally, if your case goes to trial, we have a detailed plan on how to win and we know exactly what to do in the courtroom to achieve results.
Many other firms are poor at gathering the requisite information to even implement a strategy. More importantly, many firms fail to even develop a strategy or think about one. They either do not have the requisite knowledge to develop a winning strategy or are so unaware about how to win a case that they don’t even know that they should be developing a strategy.
