The case involved allegations of prolonged online harassment and threatening conduct across multiple social media platforms.

The court initially declined to issue the restraining order via the client’s ex parte request. Subsequently, the first hearing was continued at the request of opposing counsel, and then the client retained Wade Litigation to take over representation.
