The latest victory involved the dismissal of a lawsuit that was filed by auto giant DaimlerChrysler against the firm’s corporate client for its alleged failure to pay monthly payments for an automobile that the company had in its possession. The corporation retained Wade & Silverstein to defended the action. Earlier this week, the auto giant agreed to dismiss its entire lawsuit against the corporation, including all of its demands for monetary damages. When asked how he felt about Bank of America’s decision, the firm’s President, Amiel L. Wade, stated: “we are glad that justice was done in this case. Chrysler did the right thing.”
