Wade Litigation Secures Defense Verdict in Restraining Order Cases (Modoc County, CA) July 7, 2025 – Attorney Yuri Voronin of Wade Litigation secured a significant victory yesterday in the Modoc County Superior Court, after Judge JoAnn M. Bicego ruled in his clients’ favor and denied a request for both a Domestic Violence Restraining Order and a Civil Harassment Restraining Order against two of the firm’s clients, who wish to remain anonymous. The decision was made after a contested trial in which Voronin made well-crafted legal arguments and conducted skillful direct and cross-examination of witnesses.  The firm's clients were thrilled with the victory. When asked how he felt about the outcome, Voronin stated: “I’m very pleased with the outcome.  The Court’s decisions were both legally and factually correct.
