Wade Litigation Secures Complete Dismissal of Sexual Assault Claims in San Francisco Superior Court (San Francisco, CA) November 9, 2025 — Esteemed attorney, Yuri Voronin, claimed victory after he procured a complete dismissal with prejudice of all claims against his client in a sensitive and highly contested civil action involving allegations of sexual assault dating back nearly thirty years. The plaintiff, referred to as Jane Doe to preserve confidentiality, alleged that she was sexually assaulted as a teenager by individuals associated with a religious organization in Mendocino County. Wade Litigation represented three separate defendants in the matter. The litigation spanned approximately two years and involved extensive discovery, motion practice, and negotiations. Two of the firm’s clients were dismissed before the Mandatory Settlement Conference as a result of strategic pressure and negotiations led by Voronin. The remaining defendant faced the most serious allegations. After Voronin conducted a thorough and vigorous deposition of the plaintiff, the case proceeded to a Mandatory Settlement Conference three weeks later. That conference set the stage for a confidential resolution in which no money was paid, no admission of liability was made, and the final defendant was dismissed with prejudice. The dismissal occurred approximately two weeks before the scheduled trial date.
