Pamela serves as one of the firm’s dedicated Client Liaison Representatives and plays a vital role in the firm’s Client Relations Group. Her primary focus is on maintaining and enhancing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction through open communication, proactive outreach, and efficient problem-solving. In addition to her client-centric responsibilities, Pamela also assists with various operational support functions, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the firm.

With over 10 years of experience in a legal environment, Pamela’s background is further enriched by two decades of working with clients in various industries, including both government and corporate sectors. Her previous roles as a contracts manager, sourcing analyst, and global supply chain specialist have provided her with a diverse skill set that she now applies in her current position.

As a proud veteran of the U.S. Navy, Pamela brings a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence to her role at the firm. She also holds a degree in PWAD/International Relations and foreign language from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, demonstrating her academic aptitude and dedication to continued learning.

Pamela’s personal life is equally as fulfilling as her professional one, with three grown children who bring joy and pride to her life. In her leisure time, she thoroughly enjoys traveling and exploring new destinations, embracing the opportunity to broaden her horizons and experience different cultures.

Combining her extensive professional experience, military background, and academic accomplishments, Pamela is a valuable asset to the firm’s Client Relations Group.
