For nearly ten years, Ms. Matusik served as a Deputy District Attorney with the Riverside County District Attorney's Office, where she prosecuted misdemeanor and felony criminal cases, with a particular emphasis on domestic violence prosecutions. During her tenure, she handled thousands of criminal cases from inception through trial, conducted numerous jury trials, and worked closely with victims, law enforcement agencies, and investigators.
Ms. Matusik's practice encompasses business and commercial litigation, real estate disputes, fraud, financial elder abuse, personal injury and professional licensing defense. She also served as a Deputy Attorney General with the California Attorney General's Office, where she represented more than 30 state licensing agencies in administrative enforcement proceedings before the Office of Administrative Hearings.
A graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law and UCLA's Master of Public Policy program, Ms. Matusik combines extensive courtroom experience with strategic advocacy to deliver effective representation in high-stakes litigation and administrative proceedings.
