Michael FoxCivil Litigation Attorney

Mike Fox solves problems.  He first listens to clients, before walking each through his initial case analysis for full understanding of what can be accomplished and how.  Consistency in communications is Mike’s calling card, whether with the client, opposing counsel, or the Court, ensuring the theme of his case shines through.

Michael Fox

Since graduating Loyola Law School in 2013, Mike has practiced across a broad swath of civil litigation, including business disputes, fraud, real property, landlord-tenant, both plaintiff’s and defense side personal injury, attorney and broker malpractice, shareholder derivative, trademark, and indemnity claims, as well as prosecuting consumer protection and environmental violations for the Alameda County District Attorney’s Office.  No problem is too large or too complex for Mike to solve, and more importantly, advise the client about how to achieve goals efficiently.

Mike keeps costs down with instinctive understanding of how cases unfold.  He advises the client about case strengths and weaknesses as soon as possible while identifying inflection points, such as critical depositions and hearings, when there will be maximum pressure on the opponent to settle. Mike knows all the tricks for getting the necessary work done without breaking the bank, especially when representing small business owners against wealthy opponents trying to spend them under the table.

An Oakland native who attended college and law school in Los Angeles, Mike spends his free time raising two small children with his wife back home in Alameda County. He enjoys the outdoors, watching the NBA and NFL, and inventing new recipes in the kitchen.
