Joseph P. Sullivan is a University of Iowa Hawkeye alumni, who was born in Iowa City, Iowa. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Creighton University School of Law, a Jesuit University, in Omaha, Nebraska. He began practicing law in California in 1995 and has extensive experience in the legal areas of personal injury, contracts, real estate, trusts and wills, insurance and other areas. He handles both state and federal court litigation matters from inception through resolution, whether through settlement or trial, or alternate dispute resolution mechanisms, such as arbitration. Joseph takes great pleasure in helping clients win their legal disputes. In his personal life he enjoys reading, following many Iowa Hawkeye sports; and participating in various activities for exercise, especially bike riding.
