Cynthia Browning is a member of the Civil Litigation Group. She brings over 20 years of litigation experience to Wade Litigation, representing clients across discrimination, wrongful termination, real estate, and other litigation matters. She has appeared in both state and federal courts, and has participated in mediations, arbitrations, appellate proceedings, and administrative hearings.

Before joining Wade Litigation, Cynthia operated her own law practice in Oakland, where she developed comprehensive strategies for complex litigation and guided clients through every stage of the legal process.
Earlier in her career, Cynthia worked as a litigation associate at Bingham McCutchen in San Francisco, where she gained significant trial and appellate experience in cases involving securities, employment, antitrust, medical malpractice, and personal injury.
Cynthia earned her Juris Doctor from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2002 and her Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies, magna cum laude, from Golden Gate University in 1999. She has been a member of the California Bar since 2002.
Her dedication to justice, detail-oriented approach, and ability to navigate highly complex legal issues make her a powerful advocate for her clients. Outside the office, Cynthia enjoys Bikram yoga, making quilts, and baking cakes, all of which are pursuits that reflect her discipline, creativity, and love of balance.
