Robert S. Parada

Robert S. Parada is a member of the firm’s Probate Group. Robert has a diverse legal background, including extensive experience in civil and probate litigation, estate planning, trust and probate administration, conservatorships, and guardianships, He is always eager to contribute his skills and expertise for the benefit of his colleagues and, more importantly, his clients. As a 15-year practicing attorney, Robert has honed his abilities in critical areas such as client relationship management, attorney-client conferences, legal research, and the drafting of motions and legal memoranda. With his legal mindset and practiced skill, Robert always strives to secure fair legal outcomes. Driven at an early age by a desire to help those in need, Robert’s passion for the legal profession began while attending the University of Southern California (“USC”) as an undergraduate. It was during his undergraduate years that Robert founded and served as president and a member of USC’s Latino Pre-Law Society from 2003 to 2005, further emphasizing his commitment to legal excellence and diversity. Robert graduated cum laude from USC with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and Language and double minors in Natural Science and Communication in 2005. Robert then attended Loyola Law School where he graduated with a Juris Doctor in 2008. As a law student, Robert ranked in the top 30% of his class during the 2007-2008 academic year, while serving as 3rd Year representative in student government. Building trust within the legal community and developing alliances with public-sector officials have been essential aspects of Robert’s professional journey, as indicated by his membership in esteemed legal organizations, including but not limited to the Mexican American Bar Association, and the Los Angeles County Bar Association. Robert views the practice of law as living a life in the service of others. A life that continues to bring Robert great joy.
