Ms. Malley is adept at handling a wide range of transactional matters, including contracts, commercial leases, real estate matters, insurance coverage, landlord and tenant concerns, liquor licenses, and conditional use permits. Ms. Malley possesses strong business judgment, the ability to help her clients reduce their overall exposure, and is able to guide her client’s knowledgably through the litigation process. Ms. Malley is able to assist clients because she is able to look at legal issues from multiple angles, develop effective legal strategies, and resolve legal matters consistent with a client’s overall goals. Ms. Malley successfully appealed a trial court decision which was published by The California Appellate Court: Thee Sombrero Inc. v. Scottsdale Insurance Co. (2018) 28 Cal.App.5th 729.
