Dave McGraw
About me
Mr. McGraw is a member of the firm’s Litigation Group. He was born and raised in Southern California. He attended public schools in La Habra and went on to California State University at Fullerton on a music scholarship. He transferred to University of California at Los Angeles and graduated from UCLA. He proceeded to Southwestern University School of Law and graduated in three years.

Dave McGraw
He commenced practicing law with Alvarado, Rus and McClellan and became a partner five years later. He then moved to the firm’s Northern California offices in Walnut Creek and became the managing partner of those offices two years later.
In the early years of the 1990’s Mr. McGraw bought the northern office of the firm and created the Law Offices of Dave M. McGraw. The firm operated in Walnut Creek for 20 years until Mr. McGraw closed the offices. The firm’s primary clients were comprised of the several of the largest banks in the world.
Mr. McGraw specializes in real property secured transactions and litigation. During more than 40 years of practice as a member of the State Bar of California, Mr. McGraw has litigated literally thousands of cases. His work on behalf of secured creditors is highly regarded by attorneys and courts alike. He has been leading counsel in 3 precedent setting, published cases at both the Federal and State court level.
