Kerry Rohr

“Her legal journey began in 1998 as a file clerk and progressed to a paralegal position in 2003, alongside earning an Associate of Arts in Paralegal Studies. Kerry continued her education with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland. She has also been actively involved in several legal and community organizations, including the Women’s Bar Association Judicial Selection Committee, the Montgomery County Bar Association, and the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association.

In addition to her legal career, Kerry has a passionate involvement in soccer. She has been recognized as Coach of the Year and is ranked among the top 50 youth coaches nationwide, significantly contributing to the development of Olympic-level players and guiding them through their collegiate recruitment process.

After a decade away, Kerry returned to California in 2008 and rejoined her former law firm as a paralegal. Her notable achievements include leading the litigation for 63 victims of the Route 91 Harvest Festival towards an $800 million global settlement and securing $1 million in mediation settlements within a year at another firm.

In 2020, Kerry enhanced her expertise in insurance bad faith law, quickly earning a reputation for her adept handling of complex litigation and discovery. She was also a featured speaker at the CAOC Annual Convention, discussing trial preparation techniques.

After a brief hiatus to focus on family post-pandemic, Kerry resumed her career and is now a valued member of our civil team. Her integrity, compassion, and unwavering commitment to client advocacy are hallmarks of her professional ethos.
