(Salinas, CA) — July 22, 2026 — Attorney Yuri Voronin of Wade Litigation successfully secured yet another victory. This time the victory was in the form of a dismissal following successful discovery motion practice in the Fresno County Superior Court.
The case involved claims for breach of contract and fraud against Wade Litigation’s client arising out of an alleged agreement concerning the ownership and maintenance of a recreational vehicle. In March 2026, Voronin drafted discovery motions which resulted in court orders compelling the plaintiff to provide requested discovery responses.
When the plaintiff subsequently failed to comply with the court's orders, including the requirement to pay the firm monetary sanctions, Voronin filed a motion for terminating sanctions, which the court granted.
The result was a victory for Wade Litigation’s client, as the judge dismissed the entire case.
According to Voronin, his Paralegal Stephanie Femino made a valuable contribution throughout the litigation. When asked about the result, Voronin stated, “The Court's decision in favor of our clients was legally and factually correct.”
