(Salinas, CA) — July 21, 2026 — Attorney Yuri Voronin of Wade Litigation successfully secured yet another trial victory. The latest win was a complete defense victory in a neighbor dispute after a three-day bench trial in the Contra Costa County Superior Court.
The lawsuit alleged claims for negligence, nuisance, and intentional infliction of emotional distress arising from a dispute between neighbors. The plaintiff also sought a pretrial preliminary injunction and pursued approximately $1 million in damages. In June 2026, Voronin successfully defeated the plaintiff's application allowing the case to proceed to trial.
Following a three-day bench trial, in which Voronin presented legal arguments and conducted meticulous direct and cross-examinations of witnesses, Wade Litigation moved for non-suit at the close of the plaintiff's case. The court granted the motion, resulting in a complete dismissal of the plaintiff's case in its entirety and judgment in favor of Wade Litigation’s clients.
