(Contra Costa, CA) – March 26, 2026 – Wade Litigation’s Anthony Daher procured a favorable resolution in a California child custody case, which will allow the firm’s client’s child to remain in a stable school environment and continue making educational and emotional progress.
The firm’s client had concerns about the child’s academic performance and overall well-being while living with the other parent. To support the child’s needs, the client enrolled the child in a new school where she could receive consistent structure and educational support.
After legal proceedings began, Daher positioned the case in a way that was most beneficial to the firm’s client. That positioning and advocacy resulted in the court issuing a temporary order allowing the child to remain in the new school chosen by the firm's client. This resulted in the parties reaching an agreement during mediation that essentially awarded the majority of the parenting time to the firm’s client so the child could continue attending school without disruption.
When asked how he felt about the resolution, Daher stated: “This was a strong outcome for our client and, most importantly, for the child. She is thriving in her new school and continuing to make positive progress. Our client was extremely satisfied with the outcome.”
