His practice includes business litigation, estate planning, personal injury, employment matters, appeals, and civil trial work. Todd has represented clients in courts throughout California, as well as in mediations, arbitrations, administrative hearings, and appeals, and he understands the importance of keeping clients informed and prepared at every stage of the process.
He also advises clients on business formation, contracts, corporate compliance, employment issues, and estate planning matters such as wills and living trusts. Before entering private practice, Todd spent nearly a decade with the Los Angeles County Superior Court, Appellate Division, including as Supervising Research Attorney. He earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles and brings strong legal writing, research, negotiation, and courtroom experience to every matter he handles.
