(Riverside, CA) — March 5, 2025 – Anthony Daher of Wade Litigation has secured yet another victory. The latest victory occurred in Riverside County Superior Court, where Daher obtained the dismissal of all claims against his client in a sexual harassment lawsuit.
The case arose after a former employee, upset about being terminated, filed a lawsuit against Daher’s client and his employer, for sexual harassment. Daher quickly filed a cross-claim against both the employee and his client’s employer, challenging the baseless allegations.
After a contested legal battle, Daher got the case dismissed and also recovered money on behalf of his client on the cross claim in the amount of $30,000.
Daher was assisted by his trusted paralegal, Nancy Adams, whose contributions Daher says were invaluable throughout the proceedings. When asked how he felt about the result of the case, Daher stated: “I’m really pleased that we won enough money for our client to pay his fees as well as have extra money. I’m also pleased that we resolved the case in its early stages. Our client was wrongfully accused by a disgruntled employee”.
