Family Law

Peter was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1997 and also has been licensed to practice law in the Federal District Court and the 9th Circuit Federal Court of Appeals.  Peter has a broad range of experience in various legal fields, including family law, civil litigation, and probate matters, including adoptions, guardianships, and conservatorships.  He also has experience in taking on legal matters regardless of where the case may be in the system, from pre-trial to appeal.

Peter’s approach to his work is that he believes that the law practitioner has an important role to serve in our society:  to help people get through their legal problems in a manner that best protects their legal rights, but also while being sensitive to where people are in their life, and to make the legal process as understandable, and painless, as possible.

When not working, Peter enjoys hiking in the outdoors, and competitive sports such as pickleball.
