Masumi Sakai (formerly Masumi Molina) works in the firm’s civil litigation and probate law groups. Prior to working at Wade Litigation Masumi worked as a civil litigator with a San Jose based law firm for 14 years before becoming a sole practitioner for 5 years. Masumi has practiced civil litigation for the past 19 years on both the plaintiff and defense sides. During that time, Masumi has represented clients in all areas of civil litigation, including breach of contract, property and business disputes, personal injury claims, and wage disputes. Masumi has had the opportunity to complete trials, as well as represent her clients at numerous mediations and arbitrations. Masumi is a zealous advocate but is also committed to working with opposing parties to foster settlements and prevent the need for litigation.

Masumi Sakai
Masumi has been practicing probate law for the past 7 years. Probate law has given Masumi the opportunity to combine her previous litigation experience and her social skills to advocate for clients during what is often a difficult time in their lives. Masumi understands the impact death and other probate law issues can have on people’s lives and is committed to supporting her clients while explaining the law to them and advocating for the best results possible.
Masumi grew up in Santa Clara County and has been living in the South County for over 20 years. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, attending their sporting events, as well as reading, and traveling.
