Adam Sarbaz
Civil Litigation & Real Estate Attorney
Bio
Adam practices in the firm’s real estate and litigation group, handling disputes for property owners, investors, landlords, tenants, and business owners. He has been practicing law for over 17 years. His work includes real estate acquisitions and dispositions, escrow and due-diligence issues, contract disputes and negotiations, real estate broker disputes, construction matters, business issues, and leasing matters. His strong background in real estate and business informs his litigation and transactional work, and he drafts and strategizes with an eye toward where terms are most vulnerable.
Before joining the team at Wade, Adam handled real estate and business matters for over a decade. He also represented 70 property owners in the Porter Ranch gas leak coordinated litigation against Southern California Gas Co., which resolved in a $1.8 billion global settlement.
Adam has advised real estate developers and investors on development projects and transactional buy and sell side agreements. That experience gave him a firsthand understanding of the business realities behind each deal, and the ability to see things from the client’s perspective.
Adam earned his J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law and his B.S. in Business Administration from USC’s Marshall School of Business.
In his free time, Adam enjoys all that California has to offer, from surfing to skiing to playing basketball.
