I live in the Monterey Bay Area and trying to find an experienced Civil Attorney was a nightmare to fight a frivolous lawsuit. After some google searching online, I found Wade Litigation. All I had to do was provide them with a time line and police reports; it was all taken out of my hands after that. My Attorney, Evan Livingstone, and his staff was extremely knowledgeable and very thorough to the point that they shut down the petitioners case with a SLAPP motion. They were reasonably priced for someone with knowledge of civil law and in the end we retrieved a motion for some of our attorney fees.. Jennifer Moore is the best family law attorney you will ever find and I know this as FACT because I have been through 5 different attorneys In the last 8 years since the fight for my son began. Some of them were from high-end firms and some were single man operations, and not one of them could face the antics of the nastiest, most unethical, punitive, and vindicating opposing attorney ever seen. The attorney we are against has longstanding lineage in our court, and she is not shy about flaunting it. The trickery and low level stunts have gone as far as confirming information we sought for clarification, just to return us to court for emergency orders a week later, saying we were deliberately not following orders, the exact orders she just confirmed. I have had 4 attorneys, fully established in my case, leave on their own accord, bc they could not allocate the time and resources needed to rebuke the horrific accusations and field the unethical, unprofessional roguery. 2 of them even voluntarily gave my retainer back! I came across Wade Law on googling family law in my area and after doing some research on the company I called and spoke to Evan. He was very polite and straight forward. I was being sued over a business dispute and had no idea how to respond or complete all the paperwork. The first attorney I hired really messed up and the paperwork had to be re-done. I don't normally write reviews on services like this, however,Wade Litigation has literally changed my life for the better. I was going through a messy divorce and when I say messy it was extremely messy. My ex husband was very abusive physically and mentally to the point where he would even attempt to hit the kids and belittle them so much that they would come crying to me... You get the picture. I ended up leaving momentarily with the kids and sought out legal help shortly after. Ultimately, all I asked of Wade Litigation when I hired them was for a divorce and full custody. However, Wade Litigation went above and beyond. They did the divorce for me and the result was full custody, alimony, and child support for 2 kids. Then, shortly after when my kids and I uprooted our life and started over, I was getting major lash back from my ex husband.
