Victor A. Bullock
He is a graduate of the University of California, Hastings Law School and completed his undergraduate education at UCLA. In law school, he was a member of the Hastings International and Comparative Law Review, the moot court team and was the founder and editor of the Hastings, American Bar Association/Law School Division Newsletter. He credits that his most valuable experience during law school was earned as a judicial extern to the late Hon. Robert M. Takasugi, of the US District Court in Los Angeles and the late Hon. Irving Shimer of the Los Angeles County Superior Court.
In his practice, Victor has served as outside counsel for public agencies, including municipalities, counties and schools. He has represented some of the largest corporations in the world in contractual and commercial litigation disputes. He has handled dozens of arbitrations and trials, authored numerous papers and conducted many speaking engagements.
He is a past chair of the ABA’s Fidelity and Surety Law Committee’s Sub-committee on Diversity, past director of the John M. Langston Bar Association, and a member of the California Association of Black Lawyers, and the California Lawyers Association. He has been honored as California Super Lawyer multiple times. Despite all of the success, experiences and victories that he has had through the years, he values his client relationships most of all.
