Kelly is an experienced family law attorney at Wade Litigation. She has been an attorney since 2008. She has experience representing clients in domestic violence matters, as well as all aspects of dissolution and child custody.

She was born and raised in Southern California and received her BA in Political Science from San Diego State University. She attended the University of Richmond, School of Law in Richmond, Virginia. At Richmond Law, Kelly served as the Symposium Editor for the Richmond Journal of Law and the Public Interest. She was a moot court finalist and received an award for her pro bono work. During law school, Kelly also clerked for the Hon. Gerald F. Daltan, Stafford County Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court. She became a licensed Virginia attorney in 2008 and began working as a certified children’s Guardian ad Litem (Children’s Attorney) in Virginia. As a children’s attorney, she represented victims of abuse and neglect, as well as children who were at the center of contentious custody disputes.
Upon returning home to California, in 2013 Kelly became a licensed California attorney and was admitted to the United States Federal District Court, Eastern District of California. In California, Kelly primarily focused on family law. However, she also handled Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases and small business governance and contractual matters.
In 2022, Kelly graduated with Distinction with her LL.M in Corporate and Commercial Law from the University of Dundee, Scotland. While in Scotland, she became a qualified Scottish Solicitor.
But Kelly’s greatest accomplishment is being the mother of four wonderful children, who she loves more than life itself.
