James works in the firm’s Probate Group. James has 29 years of experience as a lawyer. James has practiced in the field of probate since 2003. His primary areas of practice include: probate and trust litigation, conservatorship litigation, probate administration, trust administration, and elder abuse, including, but not limited to financial elder abuse.
James has both litigated and mediated many contested probate matters with great results. He worked for various law firms in the Los Angeles area for years before venturing out with his own probate practice in 2013. He managed a thriving law practice for the past 9 years and focused on probate and trust litigation, probate and trust administration and estate planning.
James graduated from University of California at Berkeley in 1986 with a double major in English and Economics. James attended Loyola Law School of Los Angeles and earned his J.D. in 1992. James was admitted to California State Bar in December of 1992.
James belongs to multiple professional associations including the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the Beverly Hills Bar Association.
James likes to work out, hike, watch movies and travel in his spare time.
