Hadeel Abutouk
Frustrated, she pursued law school to gain the knowledge and skills needed to fundamentally effect positive change in the lives of others. In 2020, she received her Juris Doctorate from Golden Gate University School of Law, with Dean Scholar distinction and a certification of specialization in litigation. She is licensed and admitted to practice in California at both the local and federal district court levels.
Prior to her time at our firm, Hadeel practiced both Family and Civil litigation. She has experience in handling a diverse array of matters involving complex family issues, contentious child custody and visitation issues, parentage actions, Marvin claims, adoptions, restraining orders, Federal RICO schemes, trust and estate disputes, corporate formation, and entity dissolutions. She also interned at both the San Francisco and Contra Costa County Public Defenders offices, securing the rights of indigent clients facing misdemeanor and felony charges.
Hadeel’s passion for family law litigation comes from her background as an Educator and her firsthand experience with the need for fierce advocacy for young children. Her determination, knowledge of the law, litigation skillset, ability to problem solve creatively, and her empathy for her clients allow her to be the best advocate for them at a time that can be extremely tumultuous and emotional.
