Donald is a trial attorney with over twenty-five years of experience. Specializing in Family Law, he has helped hundreds of clients prevail in matters such as dissolutions and legal separations, child custody disputes, restraining orders, adoptions, and many others. He is also experienced in Criminal Defense, Civil, and Contract Law.
Donald began practicing in 1999 after graduating first from California State University, Northridge, with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Political Science, and then obtaining his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of La Verne.

Donald DeSimone
Prior to joining the Wade Litigation, Donald owned and operated his own private practice from 2001 to 2024, where he assisted clients in their cases throughout Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Ventura, Orange, and Kern counties, among others. He also worked as a court-appointed mediator from 2001 to 2020 and volunteered at the Los Angeles Superior Court – Burbank Courthouse in the domestic violence clinic, assisting victims of domestic violence in obtaining restraining orders.
Donald has committed his life to fighting for, and ultimately delivering, outcomes in the best interest of his clients, boasting an approximate success rate of 97%. Aside from his complex litigation skills, negotiation skills, and experience in the courtroom, he places a large emphasis on showing compassion to his clients, ensuring that their concerns are heard and understood, and that they feel represented by an attorney who will fight for them diligently every step of the way.
